Dr. Anna Judge, Ph.D., LPCC-S

Dr. Anna Judge serves as the Clinical Director at Wellspring and is a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor providing counseling services in Steubenville, Ohio. She is independently licensed to practice in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Judge earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville and her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Waynesburg University. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Sr. Beata Victoria earned a degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa and a degree in Journalism from the University of King’s College in Halifax. Before entering religious life, she spent several years working in public relations and communications in Toronto, Ontario.

In 2017, Sr. Beata Victoria entered the Sisters of Life, a religious community dedicated to serving and accompanying people experiencing difficult and vulnerable circumstances. She professed her perpetual vows in 2025. Through her years of ministry in New York and Toronto, she has accompanied individuals and families as they navigate challenging circumstances and seek greater freedom, healing, and hope.

This experience continues to inform her developing work as a counselor. Sr. Beata Victoria brings a compassionate and person-centered perspective to counseling, with a particular appreciation for the dignity and unique story of each individual. Her background in ministry has given her experience walking alongside people through difficult seasons of life and creating a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and accompanied.

Kateri is a Counselor Trainee (CT) providing counseling services in Steubenville, Ohio, under the supervision of Anna Judge, LPCC-S. She is currently in her second year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program at Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kateri earned her bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Theology. Her background in social work has given her experience supporting families experiencing homelessness and working with high school students. These experiences deepened her desire to accompany individuals through difficult seasons of life and support them as they pursue healing and growth.

Kateri is passionate about helping people move toward greater freedom, healing, and a more meaningful life. She believes that human beings are made for relationship and that healthy, authentic connections can play an important role in healing and personal growth. She brings this perspective into counseling by creating a space where clients can feel heard, understood, respected, and supported.
