  • CEO and Founder

    Dr. Breuninger, MA. Psy. D. is a licensed clinical psychologist. During his doctoral work at Baylor University, he pursued research interests at the intersection of faith and psychology. Clinically, Dr. Breuninger focuses on treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse. He has extensive experience treating combat trauma in military populations as well as addressing substance abuse issues with incarcerated persons. He uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches (ACT & DBT), and an interpersonal process framework when working with clients.

  • Therapist

    Isabelle will begin accepting new clients at Wellspring in June.

    She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive patterns, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and questions of identity, meaning, or spirituality. Isabelle provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe, understood, and encouraged in the counseling process.

     Her approach is collaborative and grounded in the therapeutic relationship. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based perspectives to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building healthier, more meaningful ways of living.

    Outside of the counseling room, Isabelle enjoys lifting weights, attending concerts, watching movies, and spending time with friends over coffee.

  • Counselor Trainee

    Kateri is a Counselor Trainee (CT) in the state of Ohio, practicing under the supervision of Anna Judge, LPCC-S.

    Originally from Flint, Michigan, she earned her bachelor’s degree in social work and theology, where she gained experience working with families experiencing homelessness and supporting high school students. She is currently in her second year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program at Franciscan University of Steubenville.

    Kateri is passionate about accompanying others on a journey to greater freedom and healing. She believes that we are made for relationship with others, and often it is through these connections that we experience breakthroughs towards a more meaningful life. Through this lens, she is committed to building an authentic, collaborative therapeutic relationship rooted in compassion, trust, and  empowerment.

    In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, and connecting with family and friends.

    Therapist

    Olga is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in trauma and crisis counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She specializes in helping individuals navigate their mental health journey. At the core of her treatment approach is the Interpersonal Process Framework, which emphasizes the importance of relationships and communication in emotional healing. Additionally, she incorporates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide a well-rounded and effective therapeutic experience. Her goal is to create a safe, empathic, and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop new coping strategies, and achieve lasting personal growth. When not working, Olga enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sand volleyball, and being out in nature.

  • Clinical Director & Therapist

    Anna Judge serves as Wellspring’s clinical director. She is a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor, and is independently licensed in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.

    Anna earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Waynesburg University, where she is conducting research in the area of substance use disorder counseling. Her clinical expertise centers on behavioral approaches to psychotherapy, and she has advanced training in several manualized treatments including prolonged exposure therapy and cognitive processing therapy for PTSD, and exposure and response prevention for OCD. She has experience treating a range of presenting concerns in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

    Outside of the office, Anna loves spending time in nature. She is also a passionate basketball fan.

  • Therapist

    Marius will begin accepting new clients at Wellspring in June.

    Marius earned his MA in clinical mental health counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2026, concentrating in marriage and family counseling. Marius has experience treating young adults in an outpatient setting struggling with life transitions, anxiety, and the effects of trauma. Marius has received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

    Using attachment theory, mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and a trauma-informed approach, Marius helps individuals make sense of themselves and their experiences in the broader context of their life. He aims to help individuals take bold steps towards a more integrated life.

    In his free time, Marius enjoys taking a walk, cooking a meal, smoking a cigar, and having a conversation with a friend. 

  • Counselor Trainee

    Patrick is a Counselor Trainee (CT) in the state of Ohio, practicing under the supervision of Anna Judge, LPCC-S.

    He is currently in his first year of the Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where he is pursuing a concentration in trauma and crisis counseling. Patrick has experience working in healthcare settings, supporting individuals during times of distress and vulnerability. These experiences led him to pursue counseling as a way to more intentionally support others in their growth and healing.

    He approaches his work by seeking to understand the whole person, not just the challenges they are facing. Particularly, Patrick is interested in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on the connections among a person's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Additionally, he prioritizes fostering a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and heard. Patrick views counseling as a collaborative process and seeks to work alongside clients as they move toward meaningful growth.

    Outside of counseling, Patrick enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Counselor Trainee

    Sr. Beata Victoria is a Counselor Trainee in the state of Ohio, practicing under the supervision of Anna Judge, LPCC-S.

    Sr. Beata Victoria, SV, was born in Ontario, Canada. She holds a degree in communications from the University of Ottawa and in journalism from the University of King's College, Halifax. After working for many years in public relations and communications in Toronto, Ontario, she entered the religious community of the Sisters of Life in 2017 and professed her perpetual vows in 2025. Sr. Beata Victoria has lived in New York and Toronto, engaging in ministry to the most vulnerable, accompanying individuals and families toward discovering freedom and healing. She is currently studying toward a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Franciscan University in Steubenville. As a former triathlete and camping fan, she enjoys outdoor activities including road cycling and hiking and taking in good music and literature.

    Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio under the supervision of Anna Judge, LPCC-S.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She has several years of experience supporting teens and adults through a variety of challenges.

    Jessica specializes in working with middle-aged adults struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, and everyday stressors. She also works with adults adjusting to college or post-graduate life, professionals managing career pressures, individuals building self-esteem, and clients seeking support through breakups, grief, or major life decisions.

    Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Jessica helps clients of all ages gain emotional insight, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with their inner resilience. Her collaborative and compassionate approach is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal and grow.

    She is committed to creating a safe and affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
