Wellspring Counseling and Coaching accepts several major insurance carriers, including Medicaid and Medicare. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, so we recommend verifying your mental health benefits with your insurance provider before your first session.

We offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments. Sliding scale rates range from $65-$90. If you believe you may qualify for a sliding scale rate, please reach out to adminassistant@wellspringccc.com to apply.

At Wellspring Counseling and Coaching, we believe that access to quality, evidence-based care should be straightforward and transparent. We want you to feel confident and informed about the financial aspects of your care before beginning services.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care if you are not using insurance (private pay or self-pay clients).
Upon request—or before your first appointment—you will receive a written estimate outlining the expected charges for your sessions. This estimate is not a contract or guarantee of total costs, as the length and frequency of therapy vary by individual need.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. For questions or more information about your rights, visit
