Individual Counseling

Our therapists provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Using empirically-supported treatments, we help clients navigate trauma (including PTSD), OCD and scrupulosity, addiction, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

We work with individuals experiencing postpartum or prenatal depression and anxiety, life transitions, student or test-related stress, anger management concerns, and faith crises.

When requested, therapy can include faith-based perspectives, creating a personalized approach that honors your values while fostering resilience, growth, and long-term well-being.

Individual sessions are available in person at our Wintersville, OH location or via Telehealth.

  • We utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help reduce anxious thoughts, lift low mood, and build emotional resilience.

  • We apply Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through an attachment-informed lens to address the underlying mechanisms of trauma and promote long-term recovery.

  • Our addiction therapy combines evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with 12-step informed approaches to help individuals break unhealthy patterns, build coping skills, and support long-term recovery in a structured, compassionate environment.

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals safely confront obsessive thoughts and reduce compulsive behaviors. Through guided, intentional exposure to feared situations or thoughts—without engaging in rituals—clients learn to tolerate distress and break the cycle of OCD. Over time, this process strengthens coping skills, decreases anxiety, and supports long-term symptom relief and improved daily functioning.

Couples Counseling

Our marriage counseling provides a supportive setting to strengthen connection, rebuild trust, and improve communication. Through proven, relationship-focused methods, couples learn to navigate conflict, heal from hurt, and grow in closeness and understanding. Our couples therapy utilizes Gottman-informed techniques to heal relational wounds and attachment.

We work with you as a team—slowing down difficult moments, clarifying misunderstandings, and guiding you toward new interactions that feel safe and connected.

Adolescent Counseling

Adolescence can be a season of rapid change, new pressures, and big emotions. At Wellspring, we provide counseling to help teens navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. Our therapists create a supportive, judgment-free space where adolescents can build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, school stress, social difficulties, and life transitions. Working collaboratively with families, we help adolescents grow into their strengths and feel grounded, capable, and understood.
