Many people, despite being faithful followers of Christ who attend church weekly and pray daily, experience a sense of unease or disconnection in their relationship with God the Father. Sometimes experiences in childhood and with members of the Church contribute to these relationship problems. Even what it seems like you are doing everything right, you can still feel stuck in a rut. If you are going through the motions of your faith, but just can’t seem to feel a sense of intimacy with God, this is the program for you.

This 12-week program is aimed at helping everyday Catholics reconnect with and deepen their identity as beloved sons and daughters of the Father. As participants progress through the program, they will identify the wounds they’ve experienced in their relationship with the Father and explore how they’ve coped with these hurts. Through focused exercises and reflective journaling, participants will create space for deeper awareness and encounters with the Father in their daily lives. Coaches help facilitate this process, problem-solving obstacles that prevent participants from getting the most out of the exercises and reflections. They also facilitate deeper exploration through guided questioning.

Our coaches have flexible schedules and can meet with you for in-person appointments or virtual video appointments, regardless of where you are located. Payment options include weekly installments ($120), or a discounted one time payment ($1300).
