  • CEO and Founder

    Dr. Breuninger, MA. Psy. D. is a licensed clinical psychologist. During his doctoral work at Baylor University, he pursued research interests at the intersection of faith and psychology. Clinically, Dr. Breuninger focuses on treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse. He has extensive experience treating combat trauma in military populations as well as addressing substance abuse issues with incarcerated persons. He uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches (ACT & DBT), and an interpersonal process framework when working with clients.

  • Psychotherapist

    Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio. She is a graduate of the Clinical and Mental Health Counseling Program at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she previously completed her bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology. Meredith believes that true healing can happen when we can begin to make sense of our symptoms in the greater context of our lives. She believes this is best done in the context of relationships. Meredith views therapy as a collaborative effort immersed in compassion and understanding. Her focus is informed by an interpersonal approach with emphasis on attachment-based principles. Outside of work, Meredith can be found playing music, taking walks, or spending time with friends and family.


  • Psychotherapist, Counselor Trainee

    Jessica is a licensed Counselor Trainee (CT) in the state of Ohio under the direct supervision of Anna Judge LPCCS. Originally from the Baltimore, Maryland area, she is currently in her second year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s Program at Franciscan University of Steubenville.

    Jessica is committed to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship, viewing each client holistically and working together to promote true healing. Her counseling approach is informed by the Interpersonal model, emphasizing connection, empathy, and mutual understanding.

    Outside of counseling, Jessica enjoys running, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family.


  • Psychotherapist

    Olga is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in trauma and crisis counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She specializes in helping individuals navigate their mental health journey. At the core of her treatment approach is the Interpersonal Process Framework, which emphasizes the importance of relationships and communication in emotional healing. Additionally, she incorporates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide a well-rounded and effective therapeutic experience. Her goal is to create a safe, empathic, and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop new coping strategies, and achieve lasting personal growth. When not working, Olga enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sand volleyball, and being out in nature.

    Ray is a licensed Counselor Trainee (CT) in the state of Ohio under the direct supervision of Anna Judge LPCCS. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Ray Gilmore began his academic journey studying philosophy and theology. He is currently in his final year at Franciscan University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in trauma and crisis counseling.

    Ray’s professional interests center on attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with a particular focus on how early life experiences and key relationships shape the way individuals engage with the world. He also specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). He is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic relationship that is both authentic and collaborative—one that embraces challenges and supports clients in the meaningful work of healing.

    Outside of the therapy room, Ray enjoys playing guitar and training in Brazilian jiu jitsu.

    Kateri is a licensed counselor trainee (CT) in Ohio under the direct supervision of Anna Judge LPCCS. She is currently in her second year of her Master’s degre in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Franciscan University. With a deep commitment to fostering meaningful, authentic change, Kateri is passionate about helping individuals gain insight into themselves and their lives, empowering them to do the work necessary to move toward a life of purpose—not perfection.Kateri is inspired and influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy  and behavioral therapies, integrating these evidence-based approaches to help clients align their actions with their values, build psychological flexibility, and cultivate a more fulfilling and grounded life. In her free time, Kateri enjoys the outdoors, good books, listening to music, and deep friendships.
